A 32 year old female visited our clinic on 5th January 2018 with complaint of Haematemesis( Blood while vomiting) since 2 days. She had taken an antibiotic T. Augmentin 625 mg one tablet as she had pustular abscess on her leg. The medicine did not suit her and she had severe vomiting after which a tear in her oesophagus had developed which is also known as Mallory Weiss tear due to violent vomiting.
She had severe pain in abdomen along with blood while vomiting. She was scared to eat food.
