Online consultation surely is an easier way to get medical attention in your own comfort zone but meeting your physician in person has its own benefits like that of receiving a confirmed diagnosis and getting a thorough physical examination.

In certain cases we do provide an emergency consultation if there is a requirement and doctors will be online to help you, but it is safe to consult a doctor at the clinic or home visit doctors to better handle the emergency situation.

As far as the cost is considered it is typically the same in both cases or may rather be slightly less in case of online consultation depending upon the ailment and problem presented by the patient. To answer the question, no they are not expensive.

Of course, you can. There are no rules against consulting a doctor more than once on the same day. Our online consultations let you consult the same doctor if you wish to re-schedule or make a follow up appointment.

Usually we don't give prescriptions in online consultation to avoid any misuse although if the patient needs it and we find it genuine enough we might issue one under special circumstances otherwise in normal case scenario no prescriptions are provided.

Any medical information shared by our patients is completely confidential and we take great care to make sure the privacy of our patients is conserved.

The calls are not generally recorded although we maintain all the necessary data of the patient and their conditions to make sure the availability of a proper and precise treatment according to the need of the concerned patient.

It is unlikely to have no change in the condition of the patient after a proper consultation although if it happens so you can always schedule a follow up appointment or may even opt to visit the doctor in person so that any underlying cause can be resolved whatsoever.
