Here is the list of some reasons for tiredness:


Insufficient sleep makes you become tired, lethargic, drowsy which results into impaired performance, and a greater risk of accidents, but it also has bad effects on your health.
Lack of sleep can result in problems like obesity, high blood pressure, depression, heart disease, stroke, and an increased risk of death.

Eat healthy and balanced diet.
-Eat the right number of calories: Eating either too much or too little can make you feel sluggish.
-Cut down on sugar.  Avoid sugary foods and drinks.
-Never skip breakfast.
-Eat at regular intervals. Balance your energy levels by eating three meals per day and limiting unhealthful snacks.
-Drink enough water


Now a day’s everyone has sedentary life style because of long office hours due to which nobody has time to relax.  A person living a sedentary lifestyle is often sitting or lying down while engaged in an activity like reading, socializing, watching television, playing video games, or using a mobile due to which person become drowsy all the time.


Excessive stress like Work, financial problems, family issues, daily routine stress may cause tiredness or laziness.
