Pain in the right side of the abdomen is the first sign of appendicitis. It remains for 12 to 18 hours and this pain will be so severe that makes patient unable to bear it. This pain will be all of sudden.


Nausea and vomiting can be caused by Appendicitis. It leads to loss of appetite which makes you feel like not to eat anything, hunger decreases and diminished too much extent.


Low-grade fever alters the body temperature, which reaches the patient to discomfort level. A patient cannot eat properly, food may induce vomiting or nausea.


Appendicitis causes swollen abdomen and inflammation that causes sharp, constant pain in the right side of the abdomen. Pain will dull or aching pain that started with the initial stage of symptoms.


A patient will have the difficulty bowel movement, stools will either be constipated or severe diarrhoea will be there. Difficulty in passing gas is marked.
