• Keep things clean.
• Maintain good personal hygiene.
• Avoid tight-fitting jeans and pants.
• Keep yourself dry and clean.
• After using the bathroom, wipe from front to back to avoid spreading yeast or bacteria between your anus, urinary tract, or vagina.
• Don’t wear tight clothes.
• The tight-fitting clothes also keep our genitals warm and moist which lead to infections.
• Change tampons and pads regularly.
• Avoid perfumed deodorant sprays, scented tampons.
