There are certain foods that start triggering symptoms of IBS. These include gas-producing foods, gluten, lactose, etc.

Urine:

There is a frequent urge to urinate, sudden urges, or feeling like the bladder is not emptied completely.

Anxiety:

Anxiety and IBS are often related and coexist.

Flatulency:

Alteration in digestion often leads to more gas production in the gut and leads to the accumulation of gas in the abdomen.
