The DIWALI is a great Hindu festival over all the world. Diwali is the festival of lights and bonding with near and dear ones and lovely ideas to deck up the home. However, during Diwali the level of air pollution in most cities reaches an all-time high, due to fireworks. Read this article to know how you can make your Diwali, a healthy Diwali.

Every year on this occasional the spike in air pollutants leads to various respiratory issues and sometimes it may be fatal.

5. Take Vitamin C and D in your diet.
6. Inhale hot steam whenever you feel like your nasal passages are blocked.
7. In some cases the black pepper with ghee is an excellent remedy for both wet and dry cough.
8. There are some ways to avoid getting exposed to allergens:
-keep the house as clean as possible.
-avoid the accumulation of dust and dust mites.
9. It is better to stay indoors during the peak hours of Diwali to avoid fumes from crackers being burst by others in the vicinity.

Diwali is the festival of victory of god over evil so let us imply the same in our lives and keep the good habits like cerebrating together and eating good food with family.
