A 34 yr old patient named Mr.J.S (Patient identification number 3456) visited our clinic on 17 jan 2018.He was suffering from chronic sinusitis since 2 yrs.
He had complaint of recurrent coryza generally during change of temperature or sudden exposure to dust ,from strong odour. Patient also felt heaviness around the nose,sneezing usually in the morning. He also complaint of headache mostly temporal region. Patient was unable to do daily routine work due to his sinusitis problem become cranky, irritability during cold. He lost his smelling power.
Patient also narrated to our doctor that he has family history of same problem .His father was also allergic to dust, cold weather.
Our doctors prescribed him a medicine on the basis of symptoms for 15 days.
He reported after 20 days and was slight better in his complaints like headache was better. We advised him to take precautions like avoid cold things and steam inhalation on regular basis.
