A 37 yrs. old female from Chandigarh (Patient identification number 36840) visited our clinic on 8 Nov 2018 with complaint of vertigo, dizziness, loss of balance, along with vomiting for 2-3 days. She reported us whenever she lying especially on right side, she felt spinning sensation with stretching, aching pain in cervical region extended up to shoulder. She was not able to do her daily routine work.
Patient went to some doctor where she was diagnosed with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). He recommended her to get X ray cervical spine investigation done .The report was normal and allopathic medicines (Vertin) were prescribed but she had no relief.

On her next follow up she was slightly better as there was no vomiting after medicine and dizziness had improved.
