A patient with the complaint of Migraine (Identification no.20462 ) visited our clinic on 3rd July 2018. She complained of chronic migraine. She complained left sided headache, which radiates from left side of head to left eye. She reported blurred vision along with headache.
Patient tried so many ways to relieve her headache like sound sleep, massage, tied a band tightly around her head but her headache continued for long hours.
Her headache was relieved only by vomiting , sometimes she had to induce vomiting forcefully, when she felt it was impossible to tolerate the head pain.
She had an episode Migraine before menses every month. Stress was the other adding factor in her head pain.
Sometimes, pain became so severe that made her cry and she wanted to smash her head with some heavy object. Her photo phobia worsened as light appeared like a fire for her as it increased her pain.
