A patient with identification no.48887 came to us for his skin related complaints. He told us he has bumps like rashes on his face, which usually appear after every bath.
He told us that he had Urticaria for 5 years and every time when he went for bath with hot water or roaming into sun light, he got this rashes, all his skin looked like a red bumpy skin.
Patient complained of excessive itching on the affected area. He applied ice or washed with cold water but got no relief.
Patient was a model by profession and whenever he had a photoshoot in sunlight, his red and bumpy appearance of face made him much uncomfortable or embarrassed.
