A Patient with identification no.41907 consulted us regarding his skin complaints. He was 23 years old and had Scabies on his groin area and between fingers of his hand.
He told us he was student in Delhi and got less time to maintain his hygiene, he couldn’t get a time to clean or to vacuum his mattress that causes mites growth over it.
Patient complained of severe itching on his affected area, which increased at night. He had to scratch a lot but scratching increases his itching and caused discomfort.
His itching started even when he changed his clothes, scratching causes redness over the skin. Itching made his concentration became less on studies and while attended his classes.
Our team of doctors examined his skin and prescribed him a medicine, or suggested him to avoid scratching as it caused marks on skin. We gave him medicines for one month and asked him to come for follow up after one month.
Patient came after 1 month with complete recovery in itching but marks where still there and itching at light were there.
