A 16 year old Miss. C.M (Patient Identification number- 12554) who is a local resident of Chandigarh visited our on 16th September 2017. She had complaints of Irregular menstruation as she had Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. She also suffered from Depression. She felt lonely in spite of having caring family and loving friends. There were days where she did not like waking up in morning as she had no enthusiasm left. She had even stopping going to college. She had missed her menses for 2 months and complained of bloating along with Acne on her face.
Her case was studied, homeopathic medicines were prescribed and she was advised to take a regular treatment for good results.
She visited clinic again on 30th September 2017. Her were still persistent, her bloating had reduced however her menses were still late. She still reported feeling Depressed. The medication dose was increased after considering all her symptoms.
She reported back on 25th October 2017and reported 20% improvement in depression. She started going to college again and got her menses which were scanty.
She continued the medication for 6 months and came for follow up on 9th April 2018 after 6 months. She reported regular menstrual cycle for recurrent 3 months. Her complaints of Depression had improved approx. 70% she expressed her concern for how long she will have to take medication for complete recovery. She was explained that in cases of PCOS and depression it would be advisable in her case to continue medication for 3 to 4 months more to ensure complete recovery.
She is still continuing the medication and reports regularly over phone about her regular menstruation. She expressed in her last call which was on 18th June 2018 saying “I no longer feel Depressed, thanks to your homeopathic treatment.”
