Mrs M.N (Patient Identification no. 2696) aged 58 years visited our clinic on 5th April 2017 from Mohali, Punjab. She came with pain left side of lower back due to Renal Calculi (Kidney Stone).
USG showed 4mm in right kidney 3mm in left and 5 mm in ureter.
Left uretric calculus causing minimal obstructive uropathy on left side.Patient complained of burning sensation along with pain while passing urine.
She had been operated for hysterectomy and cholestectomy 10 yrs back.
She was irritated due to pain and had to take pain killers regularly.
