8 Tips to Manage your Child Suffering from Mumps!

Mumps is a highly contagious infection caused by Mumps Rubella virus, which can spread through any one of the methods, like saliva, direct contact, and contaminated objects.

1. Medications and rest

2. Fluid Intake

Give your child plenty of fluids, especially water and coconut water to consume and avoid fruit juices (like orange juice) and beverages as they can stimulate the production of saliva, which can be painful.

3. Selected Food items

4. Cold Compression
